Cavity

Overview

The Cavity distribution selects an area based on the cavity of the terrain. The distribution can either use a convex or concave cavity.

Parameters

• Strength Controls the contrast of the resulting selection.

• Threshold Allows you to create a sharper and wider cavity selection.

• Step Size Influences the sampling algorithm. Smaller step sizes lead to finer details and larger step sizes lead to wider features.

• Type Allows you to switch between concave and convex cavity.
