# Product Key Redemption

The product key you received after your purchase can now either be given to your customer or you can redeem it on behalf of your customer.

## Product Key redeemed by your Customer

The approach is very simple and straight forward. Send the purchased product key to your customer. Advise your customer to visit the World Creator website (<https://www.world-creator.com>) and to click on the <mark style="color:yellow;">Redeem Product Key</mark> icon, as shown in the image below:

This will open a new window as shown by the image below:

Your customer will then need to enter a valid email address which will be used to create a World Creator account and manage all World Creator related licences and seats. If your customer already has a World Creator account that includes one or more licences, then this email should also be used here. In this case our system will add the licence to the existing account, otherwise a new account will be created.

## Product Key redeemed by you

Visit the World Creator website (<https://www.world-creator.com>) and to click on the <mark style="color:yellow;">Redeem Product Key</mark> icon, as shown in the first image in this article.

Then enter the product key you purchased and make sure you use your customer's email (best to ask your customer which email they want to use to manage their World Creator licences. If they already have one, we suggest they use it as our system will add the new licence to their existing account).

Upon successful redemption, your customer will receive an email with login details sent to the email address provided during the redemption process.
