You must ask your customer to log in to the World Creator customer portal via the World Creator website.\
\
After logging in, they must send you the following information:<br>

* World Creator account email (manager account email).
* Their World Creator account ID. To find this, they must click on Account inside the portal.
* The Seat ID of the license for which they want to renew maintenance (inside the portal, they must click License, select the license for which they want to purchase a maintenance plan, and click View to see the Seat ID).

\
Once you receive this information, enter it into the form (see the image above). If the information is correct, you will be redirected to a page where you can purchase the proper maintenance plan for the specified license. If the information provided in the form is incorrect, an error message will appear. Make sure your customer provides the proper account email, account ID, and seat ID.

After you make a purchase, our system will extend the license immediately, after which you will be redirected to the Procurement Portal dashboard. No further action is required.
