# 购买维护计划

要为任何客户许可购买 12 个月的维护计划，请在仪表板上向下滚动一点，然后点击“购买维护和支持计划”按钮。

您必须要求您的客户通过 World Creator 网站登录 World Creator 客户门户。\

登录后，他们必须将以下信息发送给您：<br>

* World Creator 帐户电子邮件（管理员帐户电子邮件）。
* 他们的 World Creator 帐户 ID。要找到此项，他们必须在门户内点击“帐户”。
* 希望续订维护的许可证的座位 ID（在门户内，他们必须点击“许可证”，选择要为其购买维护计划的许可证，然后点击“查看”以查看座位 ID）。

一旦您收到这些信息，请将其填写到表单中（参见上图）。如果信息正确，您将被重定向到一个页面，您可以在该页面为指定的许可证购买相应的维护计划。如果表单中提供的信息不正确，将出现错误消息。请确保您的客户提供正确的帐户电子邮件、帐户 ID 和座位 ID。

购买完成后，我们的系统会立即延长许可证，然后您将被重定向到采购门户仪表板。无需进一步操作。
