# メンテナンスプランの購入
お客様のいずれかのライセンスに対して12か月のメンテナンスプランを購入するには、ダッシュボードを少し下にスクロールし、"Purchase Maintenance and Support Plan"ボタンをクリックしてください。
ポップアップが表示されます:
お客様にWorld Creatorのウェブサイト経由でWorld Creator顧客ポータルにログインしてもらう必要があります。\

ログイン後、以下の情報をあなたに送信する必要があります:
* World Creatorアカウントのメールアドレス（管理者アカウントのメール）。
* 彼らのWorld CreatorアカウントID。これを見つけるには、ポータル内でAccountをクリックする必要があります。
* メンテナンスを更新したいライセンスのSeat ID（ポータル内でLicenseをクリックし、メンテナンスプランを購入したいライセンスを選択してViewをクリックするとSeat IDが表示されます）。

この情報を受け取ったら、フォームに入力してください（上の画像を参照）。情報が正しければ、指定されたライセンスに対して適切なメンテナンスプランを購入できるページにリダイレクトされます。フォームに入力された情報が誤っている場合はエラーメッセージが表示されます。お客様が正しいアカウントのメール、アカウントID、シートIDを提供していることを確認してください。
購入を行うと、当社のシステムがライセンスを即時に延長し、その後調達ポータルのダッシュボードにリダイレクトされます。これ以上の操作は不要です。
